Partners

Our partners consist of members from the community who have volunteered to carry out the mission of Whole Child Connection Brevard by participating in one of two forums: Professional Network or Leadership Roundtable.

Leadership Roundtable

The Leadership Roundtable is comprised of community leaders who are instrumental in promoting and providing community change. They take the leadership role in spreading the responsibility for Whole Child Connection Brevard's success across the community. The Leadership Roundtable's members serve as the primary advocates for outreach to, and work in, specific business and community groups.

The Leadership Roundtable uses the wellbeing information collected from the Whole Child Connection system to determine gaps, to develop strategies to improve well being throughout Brevard County, and to monitor progress and the effectiveness of our community's efforts.

Professional Network (PN)

The Professional Network is primarily comprised of local providers who serve as the voice for identifying community needs, determining appropriate strategies for addressing these needs, and serving as a conduit for implementing Whole Child Connection initiatives. They provide advocacy to Whole Child Connection Brevard on behalf of families and providers, and provide knowledge on best practices to develop specific strategies.
