Whole Child Connection Brevard is your link to community services and resources for families. One way we do this is through the Whole Child Connection. Complete Whole Child Profiles to create a confidential “snapshot” of your entire family.

Here’s how it works:

• Answer questions about your children and family. This is your family's Whole Child Profile.
• The system matches your family to community services.
• The services you choose create your family’s confidential Whole Child and Success Plans.
