Fill out a Whole Child profile if:

• You know you need assistance for your child or family.
• You don't know if your children or family need assistance.
• You want to develop Success Plans for your children, family, or other family members.
• You don't think you need assistance, but want to help gather wellbeing census data for our community.

We urge every parent of a child and young adult to complete the profile, whether they need services or not. By taking a “census” of our younger residents, Brevard County will be better able to meet the needs of our children and families and eliminate gaps over time. Click and be counted!

Data collected can be used to support funding requests to implement specific services identified as needs in the community, expand existing services that are at capacity but continually identified as needs, and provide a demographic snapshot based upon services and needs of Brevard County’s residents.
